Psychiatry and Wellness
FAQ
My practice is centered on providing thoughtful, personalized care with an emphasis on collaboration and autonomy. I limit the number of patients I see to ensure adequate time, attention, and follow-through. I draw on experience in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic approaches, and integrative psychiatry to support a wide range of treatment goals—always with a focus on the individual behind the diagnosis.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, burnout, and existential concerns. I have particular experience in treating professionals, creatives, and individuals navigating identity, purpose, or long-standing patterns that may be holding them back. I offer psychotherapy, consultation and comprehensive evaluation, and medication management when appropriate.
