FAQ
My practice is centered on providing thoughtful, personalized care with an emphasis on collaboration and autonomy. I limit the number of patients I see to ensure adequate time, attention, and follow-through. I draw on experience in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic approaches, and integrative psychiatry to support a wide range of treatment goals—always with a focus on the individual behind the diagnosis.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, burnout, and existential concerns. I have particular experience in treating professionals, creatives, and individuals navigating identity, purpose, or long-standing patterns that may be holding them back. While I do not currently prescribe controlled substances, we offer psychotherapy, consultation, and non-controlled medication management when appropriate.
I am a private pay (cash-based) practice and are not in network with insurance. Initial consultations are $350 and follow-up sessions range from $150 (20min) to $300 (50min) A Good Faith Estimate is available to all patients upon request or before initiating care. For those with out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
At this time, I am licensed to see patients virtually throughout California. I may expand to additional states in the future.
